Auretika Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Auretika (“Company”), a digital marketing and web development agency with a principal place of business at Rua Joaquim Nabuco 344, Apt. 102C, Ponte São João, Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil, CEP 13218-050, and the Client who purchases any landing page creation service from the Company’s website. By proceeding with any purchase, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Auretika offers the following landing page packages:

Rocket ($2,000 USD): Delivered in 24 hours, includes premium design, fully responsive, 3 rounds of revisions, custom integrations, analytics setup, and optional 30-day support.
Turbo ($1,500 USD): Delivered in 48 hours, fully responsive, 2 rounds of revisions, custom integrations, and basic analytics setup.
Boost ($1,000 USD): Delivered in 72 hours, fully responsive, 2 rounds of revisions, and basic integration (contact form or email capture).

2. Terms of Service

Deliverables: Auretika will provide the Client with a customized landing page according to the selected package.
Revisions: The specified number of revisions will be honored within the project timeline. Revisions are limited to the scope initially agreed upon.
Support: Optional support for Rocket package clients, covering up to 30 days after project completion.
Delivery Timeline: The timeline (24, 48, or 72 hours) will begin only after the Client has submitted all required materials and information. Delays in providing this information may extend the delivery period.
Domain and Hosting Access: Auretika requires access to the Client’s domain and hosting accounts to complete the setup. If the Client does not have a domain or hosting, Auretika will purchase the first year of these services for the Client at no additional charge, subject to renewal by the Client after the first year.

3. Additional Services and Fees

Any work requested by the Client beyond the agreed-upon scope (e.g., extra revisions, new integrations) will incur additional fees. The rate will vary and will be discussed and agreed upon via email. Payments for additional services will be made through a Stripe payment link provided by Auretika.

4. Ongoing Maintenance and Automatic Renewal

Should the Client request ongoing maintenance beyond the initial project, terms and fees will be determined based on the specific needs. Maintenance services will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Maintenance fees will be billed at an agreed-upon rate, as confirmed in writing with the Client.

5. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auretika, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the Client’s use of the landing page, including any misuse or third-party claims resulting from its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will hold ownership of the final customized layout and content created by Auretika. However, any copyright-free images or assets sourced from third-party platforms and used in the design retain their original licensing and are not exclusively owned by Auretika or the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring that such assets meet their usage requirements. Auretika reserves the right to use non-confidential portions of the project in its promotional portfolio unless expressly requested otherwise by the Client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of information shared during the project. No confidential information will be shared or used beyond the scope of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auretika is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of the landing page or related services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
